- 24 oz cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1¼ tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (more or less based on preference)
- Place all ingredients into a crockpot and mix well. Cook on low for 3 hours stirring occasionally.
- Optional: put in a casserole dish and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 10 mins for a crispy top layer!
