CAULIFLOWER MAC & CHEESE
Delicious gooey, belly-warming mac & cheese is the perfect comfort food for both kids and adults. To spice things up, try adding shredded buffalo chicken on top!

24 oz fresh or frozen cauliflower florets
2 cups of cheddar cheese
½ cup of heavy cream
¼ cup water
4 oz cream cheese
1 ¼ tsp ground mustard
½ Tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp parsley
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt (more or less based on preference)
Place all ingredients into a crockpot and mix well. Cook on low for 3 hours stirring occasionally.
Optional: put in a casserole dish and bake at 400°F for 10 mins for a crispy top layer!
