I have made this several times for my husband who truly loves this drink! I add a pkg of LMNT chocolate salt to give it a chocolate flavor and then he gets his electrolytes as well! Very, very good and great for the good fat macros vs protein!
I have to tell you, I was hesitant on thinking this combination of spices would be anything except yuck, but needed to get my husband to get more healthy fat over protein into his system. I thought he would never go for this, but decided to give it a try. It’s kind of like a ‘warm’ milkshake kind of taste and it was honestly very good. I made 2 times exactly as the recipe stated and so thankful I found this recipe. I made a 3rd batch and added one pkg of the LMNT Chocolate Salt electrolytes. It was fabulous! It didn’t change any carbs, gave him electrolytes and it was salty. He asked me if I would make it again and I just made 2 batches. We had one in the refrigerator and he said he liked it equally well cold. Thank you for these trustworthy, exceptional recipes! Every single one I have made are now favorites!

This is the perfect recipe to change the SPOTD (Saddest Part Of The Day – for me that is 1pm when the last of the coffee pot is emptied) to HAH (Happy Afternoon Hum)! I use coconut milk instead of almond milk. Keeps the ketones flowing!
