Keto Peanut Sauce

This keto peanut sauce is delicious over grilled chicken, stirred into warmed shirataki noodles (especially with additional fixinโ€™s like chicken, green onions, and sliced radishes). Or make your own veggie cabbage rolls and dip away with the knowledge that youโ€™re upping your fat macros!
Serves 4 One Serving: 2 Tbsp

Ingredients List

  • 1/4 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Tbsp gluten-free tamari
  • 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1ยฝ Tbsp warm water
  • Red chili flakes, optional (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, chili garlic sauce, tamari, lime juice, vinegar, and warm water. Whisk until well combined, thinning it with a little water if itโ€™s thicker than youโ€™d like. Sprinkle with red chili flakes and serve.
