3 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb beef, sliced thin
2 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chili paste (more if you like spicy)
5 oz bag shredded green cabbage or coleslaw mix
3 tbsp liquid aminos
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
12 oz zucchini, spiralized (about 3 cups)
Add the meat to a large frying pan with the oil and spices and brown.
Then add the cabbage, zucchini noodles, liquid aminos, and cover and let cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
