Guacamole is an excellent source of natural fats and nutrients. Better yet, it's so simple to make and it tastes so good!...on its own, or as a condiment to a whole range of dishes.

Ingredients List

  • 2 medium avocados (about 1¼ cup mashed avocado)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • In a medium bowl, combine the guacamole ingredients. Mash with a fork until smooth, combined, and creamy. Place a sheet of plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
