Our commitment
Keto-Mojo Europe B.V. is committed to making its e-commerce service accessible to all customers, including people with disabilities, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its implementing national laws, including the Dutch implementing legislation.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers the Keto-Mojo Europe e-commerce service — the online journey through which consumers browse products, obtain product information, and complete purchases. It applies to our online store at shop.eu.keto-mojo.com (product listings, product pages, cart, account, and checkout) together with the directly related product-information and customer-support pages that form part of the purchase journey on keto-mojo.com (for example, the region/store selector, product pages such as the GK+ Meter and MyMojoHealth, the Help Center, and Contact Us). General editorial and lifestyle content — such as blog articles, recipes, videos, and research — is not part of the e-commerce service and is outside the scope of this statement.
Conformance standard
We are working toward conformance with the European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. At the date of this statement, no harmonised standard has yet been adopted under the European Accessibility Act, so conformance does not confer a formal presumption of conformity; we use EN 301 549 as our reference standard. We are also monitoring the forthcoming version of the standard (EN 301 549 v4.1.1, expected to incorporate WCAG 2.2 Level AA) and will align with it once it is published and referenced in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Current conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. As of July 30, 2026, we are aware of the following limitations and are actively working to resolve them:
- Some images do not yet have appropriate alternative (alt) text (WCAG 1.1.1).
- Some text and interactive elements do not meet the minimum colour-contrast ratio (WCAG 1.4.3).
- Some list structures and interactive controls are not correctly marked up for assistive technologies (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2).
We aim to address these known issues by October 1, 2026.

How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on July 30, 2026. The assessment was based on an automated evaluation (axe-core, WCAG 2.1 AA rule set) of representative pages of our storefront. A manual keyboard and screen-reader review, and assessment of the related in-scope pages on keto-mojo.com, are in progress. This statement will be reviewed and updated periodically, and whenever significant changes are made to the website.
