Mister Mojo here, and we’re going to talk a little bit about testing and how to get a good sample. First of all, wash your hands in nice, warm water. That warm water will increase your vascularity. Testing is an art, and you need to learn your body and your vascularity. Sometimes a nice massage on the finger on the area you’re going to test. I like to use the edge of my finger right here, less nerve endings, a really nice way in which to do it. You can use your index finger or your ring finger. There’s greater vascularity in the ring finger there. You can massage it gently down there to get yourself ready, or you can do what’s known as the pistol grip, which is you grab your finger like that for about 15 to 20 seconds. That increases the hyper static pressure, and then you’ll get a much better sample size.
