  6. I have not received an answer. My phone app has been synced for over a month but the App Keto Page does not display now. All that comes up is a turquoise screen with Keto-Mojo on it & cannot be moved or the sync screen accessed. Now it is also changed to a small square screen. Help please.

  16. We got the new Keto reader and it’s absolutely horrible. The readings are all over the place. Why did you guy change this? I don’t like it can we get the old one back. How am I supposed to know where I’m at if I keep getting drastic readings all over the place? Also why did you guys change the test strip packaging they suck! I can barley open them, I have to use scissors which sucks because I already cut one of them. Very not happy.

Absolutely pleased with your website,how to videos and information supplied.Thought it would be an almost effortless procedure to achieve readings with your device.Not so much.Have gone through so many strips (G & K)that re-ordering will be necessary before I finally am able to get accurate readings.
    On the other had checking glucose with PrecisionXtra is no problem at all.
    Am I the only one with this situation? I follow theinstructions.
