Optional Measurement Modes for Glucose Readings

  • Last updated December 10, 2017

The Keto-Mojo meter provides you with three modes for measuring glucose:

    • Gen – any time of day
    • AC – for Ante Cibum (before a meal)
    • PC – for Post Cibum  (after a meal)

You can switch between each mode in two easy steps:

  1. Start with the meter switched off. Insert a test strip to turn on the meter. The screen will display a flashing blood droplet “Free water drop icon png vector - Pixsector ” and “Gen.”
  2. Press the main button to switch between Gen, AC, and PC modes.

  1. You must explain more in depth what the three modes actually mean, how they work, etc.

  2. How does the mode affect the reading? Is it necessary to use different mode to have a more accurate reading? I used the general mode before I ate my first meal of the day and got 92. Then I tried it again on AC mode right after and got 86. So there was a difference.. but why? How does the mode make a difference? Glucose level is what it is right? Confused how this works

  3. Cannot do before and after meal setting, will not beep.

  4. Pressing the main button on my meter does not change the Gen/AC/PC setting. I’m unable to change it while taking a reading. Am I missing something?
