Shipping costs are estimated at checkout and are calculated based on your delivery country, package weight, and carrier availability.


How Shipping Ships (Carriers We Use)

 

EU orders ship via DHL or UPS.

In some cases, DHL shipments may transfer to a local postal service for final delivery (last-mile delivery), depending on your country and region.

Carrier selection is typically determined automatically based on package weight and destination.

Germany Only: Customers in Germany may be able to choose between DHL or UPS at checkout (when available).


Order Processing Time (How Fast We Ship)

 

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Please allow one additional business day for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays.

If we need to verify or update any order details (such as a shipping address), processing may take an additional business day after the update is confirmed to ensure accurate delivery.

Switzerland and Norway Processing Time

Orders shipping to Switzerland and Norway may take 1–4 business days to process before shipment due to additional handling requirements.

Delivery timing varies by country and carrier. Once your order ships, typical delivery timelines are:

Switzerland & Norway (UPS or DHL)
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on customs processing.

Germany (DHL or UPS)
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Ireland, Poland, Czechia, Croatia, Italy, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Serbia, Sweden, Spain, Estonia (DHL or UPS)Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.

Greece (UPS or DHL)
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

Cyprus and Malta (UPS or DHL)
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

Delivery timing may vary due to carrier transit conditions, local delivery processes, and customs clearance (where applicable).


Tracking Updates (Important Note)

 

Tracking is provided via DHL or UPS.

Please note:

  • Tracking may not update immediately after shipment

  • Updates may appear only once the package is in transit or reaches a local sorting facility

  • This does not necessarily mean your shipment is delayed

 

 


If an Order Is Late

 

If your package has not arrived by the latest day of the expected delivery window listed above for your country, please contact Customer Service with your name and order number, and we’ll take care of you.


Shipping Options at Checkout

 

Germany Only: DHL or UPS may be selectable at checkout.

For all other EU destinations, the carrier is selected automatically based on package weight and destination, and carrier selection may not appear at checkout.


Expedited Shipping (2-Day / Overnight)

 

At this time, expedited shipping is not available for EU orders.
