The MyKetoBrain app provides ketogenic nutrition plans tailored to individual needs––including medical conditions, allergies, and food preferences––with a goal of supporting mental health and well-being.
The company offers a free 7-day trial of the app, which I took advantage of in order to explore its features and ease of use.
Onboarding
I found the onboarding experience quick and smooth. After signing up and completing the short questionnaire, I received a welcome email that included helpful information about medical supervision, safety precautions, and measuring ketones.
The App
The MyKetoBrain app has an attractive design and is user-friendly. It provided me with well-formulated macronutrient and calorie recommendations based on the information I provided. For planning meals, you can either enter your own foods or select from the app’s large recipe database. I did a combination of both. The recipes are quick and easy to prepare, and most of them are made with ingredients that keto eaters typically have on hand.
A nice feature is the ability to log how you are feeling (happy, sad, tired, etc.) in tandem with your ketone readings. This can be helpful for anyone trying to fine-tune their ketosis and see how their diet is impacting not only their levels but their mental and physical well-being.
I think the app might be a good fit for you if you’re interested in practical ketogenic meal planning and straightforward ketone tracking features.
