In 2013, after working at a large VA medical center for several years, Franziska started a nutrition consulting service focused exclusively on ketogenic and low carbohydrate therapies. With a deep understanding of the ketogenic diet and its therapeutic applications, she has become a respected authority in the field of metabolic health.
Franziska’s paper on low-carbohydrate diets was published by the American Diabetes Association in 2012. She has since written numerous evidence-based guides on the ketogenic diet and is known for her ability to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible information. In addition, she speaks frequently at conferences focused on metabolic health.
As Medical Science Liaison at Keto-Mojo, Franziska is committed to fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
