In this video, we will teach you how to download a CSV file using the free MyMojoHealth app.

The first step is to open the MyMojoHealth app from your home screen. Once the app is open, click the Dashboard on the lower menu bar. Towards the top of the screen, click Import/Export. This will display two options.

The first option is to import a CSV file. The second option is to export readings. Click Export Readings. On this page, you can customize a downloadable link that will be sent to your email address and will be valid for 24 hours. The first step is to select the period. You have the option to choose daily, 7 Days, 28 Days, 12 weeks, 12 months, or readings for all time. For example purposes, we will choose 7 days. Click Save to save your selection.

Next, you can choose your data type. For example, we’ve chosen glucose and ketone blood. The next election is to select your reading tags, for example we’ve chosen fasting. Lastly, you can add any important notes to customize your report. For example, we’ve added before breakfast. You can add any custom notes based on your personal preference or needs.

The last step is to click Export. You will then be redirected and a notification will appear informing you that your readings have been exported. The downloadable link will be sent to your email address and will expire in 24 hours.
