Dr. Evelyne Bourdua-Roy is a family physician in Quebec, Canada. She is certified in Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and has a certification in Addiction Medicine by the Faculty of Medicine of Sherbrooke University.
She founded a not-for-profit clinic dedicated to reversing lifestyle-related chronic conditions, which treated over 2000 patients from 2017 to 2023. She has authored and co-authored 7 bestsellers on therapeutic carbohydrate reduction (in French), the reversal of chronic conditions related to insulin resistance, and fasting.
