Advancing the Science of Nutritional Ketosis

The science of nutritional ketosis is developing fast, and the people driving it forward aren’t just researchers. They’re users like you.

Here’s how to get involved.

Join a Clinical Trial

Researchers around the world are actively recruiting participants for ketogenic and metabolic health studies. Your interest in a keto or a low-carbohydrate diet makes you exactly the kind of participant they’re looking for.

This 24-week remote study will investigate the clinical impact of ketogenic metabolic therapy delivered alongside structured education and peer support in adults with diagnoses of depression and/or anxiety.

Participants will receive:

  • Full access to a 24-week online KMT psychoeducation and support program
  • Weekly guided support and Q&A sessions
  • Personalised macronutrient targets and structured meal planning guidance
  • At-home monitoring equipment for ketones, glucose, HbA1c, Vitamin D, and B12
  • Access to a private online peer support community

– All core education, coaching, and testing resources are provided at no cost.

Note: UK residents only
