Unfortunately, no, as the serial number for the old device will be retired, and the meter will be blocked from syncing new readings to the MyMojoHealth app.
Unfortunately, readings cannot be transferred from meter to meter; however, you can upload your readings from the old meter to your MyMojoHealth account and then sync the new meter with those saved in MyMojoHealth. For those with another type of meter, download your readings to a CSV file, if available, then import the readings to your MyMojoHealth account.
