in which its authors say, “If you think cucumber isn’t your thing, you need to try it in this salad. With a slightly tangy sour cream base and the addition of white onion and fresh dill, it’s perfect in its simplicity. If you have a little feta or goat cheese in the refrigerator, try crumbling some on top.”
