Great recipe! I didn’t have sashimi grade fish so I cooked it all and drizzled the sriracha on top. Fantastic and about as easy as it gets!
Just made this recipe today for lunch. It was absolutely amazing! I was a bit skeptical about the chopped tuna in the hot sauce however, it was not too spicy at all. The dressing was so light, it really pulled all of the salad elements together. This will be my new summer salad!
So good! I simplified it a bit by just searing all the tuna (instead of making it two ways) and mixing other dressing ingredients together to pour over the tuna, greens, onions, avocado and then topped it with ‘Everything But the Bagel’ seasoning in place of plain sesame seeds.
