Ingredients
3/4cupmayonnaise
2Tbspdill pickle relish, drained
1TbspDijon mustard
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
1Tbspchopped fresh parsley
1/2tspdried dill, optional
a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, we used Crystal
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, lemon zest and juice, parsley and dill. Season to taste with the hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
