Keto Lemon-Ranch Dip

A "twist" to a classic ranch dressing or dip. For a more traditional style, omit lemon zest and slowly add lemon juice until you get the flavor you want.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup  sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon zest and juice, chives, parsley, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together to combine well, transfer to a serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
