Successfully integrating MyMojoHealth Pro (MMH Pro) into your clinical workflow is about making metabolic testing seamless, meaningful, and easy to adopt — for both you and your patients. The practices outlined below are designed to help you get set up efficiently, onboard patients with confidence, and build a sustainable routine for remote patient monitoring (RPM).
Whether you are incorporating MMH Pro into a busy clinical practice, a coaching program, or a group support setting, these recommendations will help you get the most out of the platform from day one.
Practitioner Preparation
Begin by identifying a few patients who would benefit most from ketone/glucose tracking — those following a ketogenic or low-carbohydrate approach, or managing diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, epilepsy, or other metabolic health conditions.
Consider asking identified patients about their comfort level with apps and online platforms. Patients open to new technology or already familiar with Keto-Mojo make excellent early participants.
During the initial consult or follow-up, explain the purpose and clinical value of tracking glucose, ketones, and GKI — and how MMH Pro enables real-time data sharing.
Walk patients through how to connect their Keto-Mojo meter to your practice and share data via MMH. Instructions can be found in the Start & Resource Guide.
Use MMH Pro data as part of regular check-ins. Review trends together and adjust protocols accordingly — this keeps patients engaged and accountable.
Let patients know how often you'll review their data — whether between visits or during appointments. Establish a consistent review schedule to identify trends early and proactively address readings outside goal ranges.

Welcome to Remote Patient Monitoring with Keto-Mojo and MyMojoHealth
Your healthcare provider has recommended home metabolic testing as part of your personalized care plan. Testing your glucose and ketone levels at home gives you and your care team real-time insight into how your body is responding to diet, lifestyle, and other factors. Getting started takes just a few simple steps, and your provider is here to support you along the way.
Here's what you'll need to do to get started:
If you have any questions along the way, reach out to your care team or visit support@keto-mojo.com for additional help.
Ongoing Patient Monitoring and Engagement
Consistent engagement with patient data is where MMH Pro delivers its greatest clinical value. Establish a review cadence — daily, weekly, or biweekly — based on the needs of your patient population and care model.
- Review patient readings regularly — not just at scheduled appointments. Brief between-session check-ins can surface actionable insights and help you intervene early.
- Keep Advanced Mode on in the patient report view to ensure all graphs and metrics are visible.
- Adjust the date range filter when reviewing specific events or interventions.
- Look for patterns in glucose, ketone, and GKI trends over time rather than reacting to individual readings.
- Develop standardized tagging conventions across your practice to ensure consistency and improve collaboration, especially when multiple practitioners are reviewing patient records.
- Use notes and tags consistently to document diagnoses, medications, lab reminders, treatment goals, and care plan updates.
- Create Events to annotate meaningful time periods — dietary changes, medication adjustments, or periods of illness.
- Use tag filtering (AND / OR / NOT) to segment your patient population and prioritize outreach efficiently.
- Reference shared data during every visit or coaching session to reinforce the connection between testing behavior and metabolic outcomes.
- Encourage consistent testing and app syncing — the more data a patient generates, the more meaningful their Time in Range percentages become.
- Use trends as coaching opportunities rather than focusing solely on individual readings.
- Use survey tools to gather patient-reported data at clinically relevant moments.
- Celebrate progress — Time in Range improvements and trending GKI data are powerful motivators. Make patient wins visible and specific.
- Use the PDF export feature to generate visual data summaries for use during appointments or in clinical documentation.
- Use anonymous export options with patient User IDs when sharing or presenting data in research, group, or compliance contexts.
- Plan bulk data exports in advance — download links are delivered by email and expire after 48 hours.

The MyMojoHealth Pro (MMH Pro) platform is your clinical hub for managing patient metabolic health data, tracking progress, and delivering more informed, personalized care. MMH Pro gives you a centralized view of your patients' glucose, ketone, and GKI readings in one secure dashboard designed to support HIPAA-, GDPR-, and PIPEDA-conscious workflows. Access is included at no cost as part of your MyMojoHealth Professional Network membership.
To get started, simply follow the registration link provided in your onboarding email or below to create your account. Before inviting colleagues and patients, taking a few minutes to set up your account correctly will ensure your practice is structured in a way that supports your workflow from day one. This section walks you through logging in, completing your account setup, and familiarizing yourself with the key features of the platform so you can hit the ground running.
Note: Use of MMH Pro with identifiable patient information is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement or data-processing agreement between the practice and Keto-Mojo. Practitioners remain responsible for their own compliance obligations under applicable privacy laws.
The meter syncs to the app, the app to the cloud, and the cloud populates your dashboard.
Register Your Practice
Health professionals working with patients across different regulatory jurisdictions must register separately for each region.
- US: MyMojoHealth US practice registration — auth.us.mymojohealth.com/practice/register
- EU / UK: MyMojoHealth EU practice registration — auth.eu.mymojohealth.com/practice/register
- Canada: MyMojoHealth Canada practice registration — auth.ca.mymojohealth.com/practice/register
Each region has its own compliance, data privacy, and healthcare regulations. Separate registrations ensure local requirements are met, including appropriate access and patient information management.
Keto-Mojo approves practitioner accounts typically within 1–3 business days. If you log in before approval, you will see the standard user view — your account will automatically update once approved. If you already have an MMH user account, contact support@keto-mojo.com to request an account conversion.
How to Set Up Your Practice
Before inviting patients or colleagues to the MMH Pro platform, take a moment to consider how your practice will use it. A little planning upfront will save time and ensure your account is structured in a way that supports your workflow.
Ask yourself: Will other healthcare professionals or an admin need access? Do you manage distinct patient populations that would benefit from being tracked in separate groups? If so, you may want to set up multiple practices within the platform.
It is also worth considering creating a generic admin email address for shared account access — particularly useful if staff turnover or coverage could affect continuity. The steps below walk you through inviting additional practitioners and creating unique patient groups.
How to invite additional healthcare professionals
- Log in to your MyMojoHealth Pro Practitioner account.
- From the main dashboard, click Settings.
- Click Admin Roles.
- Click the Invite Practitioners button.
- Choose an invitation method: manual email entry, CSV upload, or unique practice link (if enabled in Practice Settings > Details). See screenshot below.
- The invited practitioner must create or log in to a MyMojoHealth account. The invitation is valid for 24 hours.
- Once accepted, status changes to Approved. To grant full access, click Promote (↑↑) to make them a Practice Admin.

How to Set Time in Range Goals
Setting Time in Range goals allows you to establish meaningful benchmarks for your patients' metabolic data, giving both you and your patients a clear picture of progress over time. The MMH Pro platform gives you the flexibility to apply consistent goals across your entire practice or set individualized ranges for specific patients — whichever best fits your clinical approach.
Before setting goals, consider what metrics matter most for each patient population and what ranges align with your clinical protocols. Keep in mind that the data displayed on your dashboard is tied to the time period you have selected, so make sure your view is set to the appropriate period when reviewing Time in Range percentages.
- From the main dashboard, click Settings.
- Choose one of two goal-setting options:
- Practice Goals & Units — apply the same ranges to all patients.
- Patient Goals — set custom ranges for one or more patients.
- Select the metric or metrics you want to set ranges for.
- Enter the minimum and/or maximum goal range.
- Click Submit.
- To edit ranges directly from the dashboard: select the checkbox next to the patient's name → click Actions or the 3 vertical dots → select Update Goals → adjust the ranges in the pop-up.
- Review each patient's Time in Range from the dashboard or under Report.
- Dashboard Icon Symbols: Report / Graph / Readings / More

How to Invite Patients
Connecting patients to your MMH Pro dashboard is a simple process. Before sending invitations, confirm that your patients have — or are ready to create — a MyMojoHealth account using the email address you have on file for them. Keep in mind that invitations are valid for 24 hours, so it's worth giving patients a heads-up before you send so they can accept promptly.
Once connected, patients will be prompted to sync their meter and consent to share their data with your practice — at which point their readings will become visible on your dashboard.
- Log in to your MMH Pro dashboard and click Invite Patients.
- Use the patient's MyMojoHealth email address.
- Choose an invitation method: manual entry, CSV import, or unique practice link (if enabled in Practice Settings > Details). See screenshot below.
- Send the invitation.
Note: If the patient doesn't yet have a verified MyMojoHealth account, they'll be prompted to create and verify one before connecting. The invitation is valid for 24 hours.
Unique practice sign-up links — share with patients to invite them to your practice
- Approved Connected and sharing data
- Pending Invitation sent, not accepted
- Expired Invitation expired
- Removed No longer connected
- Scroll to the patient's name on the dashboard.
- Click the 3 vertical buttons to the far right.
- Click Resend Invite → press Confirm.
The patient will be prompted to log in, sync their meter, and consent to share data.
How to Add Notes and Tags to Patient Readings
Practitioner-only notes and tags are not visible to patients. They can be used to organize clinically relevant information and make it easily accessible to your care team. When used consistently, tags also become a powerful filtering tool, allowing you to quickly segment and view patients by shared clinical characteristics or care priorities across your dashboard.
Not visible to patients. Use to organize clinical information and filter patients by shared characteristics.
- Select the button next to the patient's name.
- Click Actions or 3 vertical dots.
- Select Tag / Note, add information, click Confirm.
Visible to both you and your patient. Does not generate notifications.
- Select the patient → click Report.
- Click the three-dot menu by Add Message Readings (top right).
- Select Add Tags / Notes, enter details, click Confirm.
Filtering by tags
Whether using Practitioner-Only Notes and Tags or Patient-Shared Notes and Tags, you can filter patients by tags from the main dashboard.
- Return to the main dashboard.
- Open the Patient Tags dropdown menu.
- Select one or more tags.
- Choose a filter mode:
- AND – Patients must have all selected tags.
- OR – Patients must have at least one selected tag.
- NOT – Excludes patients with the selected tag(s).
Tag best practices
Before implementing tags across your practice, establish a consistent naming convention.
Use Predefined Tags
Under Settings, you can create Predefined Tags. These tags will be available for patients to use within the MyMojoHealth app once they are connected to your practice.
Keep Tags Short and Specific
Examples: T2D Keto-Adapted Low-Carb
Avoid Duplicate Tags
Create a standardized tag library with your team to prevent variations such as: follow up, Follow-Up, followup — these are treated as separate tags.
Review Tags Regularly
As your practice grows, periodically review your tag library to retire outdated tags, consolidate duplicates, and add new tags as needed.
How to View and Understand Dashboard Graphs
The MMH Pro reporting dashboard is your primary tool for interpreting patient metabolic data, identifying trends, and guiding clinical decisions. Each patient report is built around a flexible date range view — defaulting to the past 28 days — and is most powerful when Advanced Mode is kept on, ensuring all available graphs and metrics are visible.
From a single report you can review a patient's most recent glucose, ketone, and glucose-ketone index (GKI) readings, assess their Time in Range performance against established goals, and compare metrics side by side using the Graph tab. The Events feature adds an additional layer of clinical context, allowing you to annotate specific time periods and correlate those events directly with shifts in metabolic readings.
- From the main dashboard, select a patient → click Reports.
- Use the date range filter: Day / Week / Month / Year / Custom range (default: 28 days).
- Keep Advanced Mode on to view all available graphs and metrics.
- Overview: most recent glucose, ketone, and GKI readings.
- Time in Range: whether the patient is below, within, or above their goal range.
- Readings tab: view and sort by type, tags, sources, or notes.
- Graph tab: comparison line graph for two metrics side by side.
- Events tab: time-range-based markers for annotating data. Click Add Event → provide name, start/end dates, optional notes → Submit.
- Details tab: personal patient info including User ID (for blinding), name, status, email, time zone, height, date of birth, and address.
How to Export Patient Data and Download PDF Graphs
MMH Pro gives you flexible options for exporting patient data and generating PDF reports — whether you need a comprehensive view of your entire patient population or a focused report for an individual patient visit. Exports can be customized by date range, data type, reading tags, and patient tags, and can include or exclude personal patient information depending on your intended use.
For research, group presentations, or compliance contexts where patient privacy is a priority, anonymous export options are available using each patient's unique User ID — supporting HIPAA, GDPR, and PIPEDA conscious workflows and research data integrity.
Note: The User ID functions as a blinding tool, allowing you to share or present metabolic data without exposing a patient's identity. To locate a patient's unique User ID, click the arrow next to the patient's name on the main dashboard and find it listed under patient details.
- To export all patients: main dashboard → three vertical dots (upper right) → Export Patients Data → choose date range, data types, tags, notes, and whether to include personal info → Export. A download link will be sent to your email address and will be valid for 48 hours.
- To export selected patients: check boxes next to their names → follow the same export steps.
- To export one patient: select the patient → Report icon → three vertical dots → Export Readings or Export PDF. PDF downloads immediately to your Downloads folder.
How to Create and Use Template Surveys
The Surveys feature in MMH Pro allows you to gather structured patient-reported data directly within the platform, complementing metabolic readings with validated psychometric and behavioral health assessments. Surveys are completed by the patient and delivered through both the MyMojoHealth app and email. When using template surveys, scoring is automatic.
Custom surveys can also be built from scratch with your own questions, or an external survey tool can be integrated if preferred. Recent platform updates have introduced scored custom surveys — allowing your own questions to contribute to an overall score — as well as shared survey templates across your practice and automated email notifications.
- From the Dashboard, click Surveys → Create New Survey.
- Choose from three options:
- Template — Flourishing Scale, GAD-7, mYFAS 2.0, PHQ-8, RRM, SCS.
- Create Survey with Your Own Questions — custom surveys with scored questions.
- Use an External Survey Tool — integrate a preferred external platform.
- Schedule the survey/check-in for the patient as needed.
Communication Options & Troubleshooting
Communication options
- Message feature: Email patients directly within the patient report. Messages go to the patient's MMH-connected email.
- Chat feature: Email partners@keto-mojo.com to request this feature be enabled.
Why don't I see my patient's readings on my dashboard?
This is the most common support question. Ask the patient to:
- Go to Settings (gear icon) in the app — confirm they are logged in and connected.
- Resync the meter with the app — even if no new reading has been taken.
- This typically restores synchronization and readings appear within a few minutes.
My patient is in Pending or Expired status — how do I reinvite?
Navigate to Actions dropdown far right of the patient's name → Resend Invite. Ask the patient to confirm they are logged in and connected after accepting.
