For the past week I have been getting back into Keto. I have used my meter most days this week and syncing it with my iPhone 13. Everything was fine until this morning. After syncing with my GK+ meter the app showed me none of my recent data. I tried to resync my meter and phone but I’m told there are no records to sync.
My meter is synced and I have been successfully downloading my results for 2weeks. Today it starts the download stops and says it’s download in zero. I tried unsyncing and syncing again with no success in downloading. How do I get it to successfully download again?
Hi, my keto mojo stopped doing the sync today. It say 2 readings then went done it says 0 readings… I have the keto mojo GK+
my machine will not sync. I was able to sync when I first set it up but it has not since then. It just says searching and never finds it.
my keto meter (new version) is taking over 2 minutes to sync and I continue getting a message advising me to delete my meter readings as there are too many saved. I did this; however, I continue to have to wait over 2 mins for the device to sync with my phone and still receive the same error message. There are no readings left on my meter so I don’t know what the problem is. Pls help as this is frustrating.

My bluetooth icon is blinking on the device, and bluetooth is enabled on my iPhone. I have 1 reading saved in the memory of my device. When I open the app and click Sync I receive the following error “Device error. Could not find the device. Please make sure the device is powered on and/or in bluetooth mode.”
My meter is not syncing ketones. But it is syncing the glucose. If you can help me that would be great !!!!
My Keto-Mojo used to only upload newest readings to iPhone via Bluetooth. Now it uploads all 998 reading every time and takes 5 minutes.

I just sent you an email. I keep getting an E3 message when I insert my testing strips. I’ve gone through several of them just this morning. I am using your strips and following your directions. They did a test of the system a couple of weeks ago and everything went fine. Now the strips are not working.

Nowhere on your site is there any information about how to edit/delete entries in either the device or the app. It seems this function does not exist. If so, there should still be an FAQ somewhere that says “there is no way to edit or delete entries in either the device or the app”.
when I search on why my app will not take a Manuel reading due to the fact my app will not read from meter. all I get is meter Manuel, how it works.

Am I able to delete readings from my meter? I don’t want to delete all the readings, just a specific reading.
My keto mojo app says it syncing and has recorded 997 readings. It used to just read ones that had not been read before. Now it says it has read 997 readings but under my readings it says no readings in the selected date range and or with the selected tags and sources. The set date range is correct and I can see a seven day range on trends, but nothing on my readings. How do I fix this?
this meter won’t hook up to my phone. I have done all your suggestions and it does’t work. when I try to sync it is just keeps going around and aroud thought pictures of meters. I have looked at mmy bluetooh when it is doing this and it says my keto mojo is connected. I am lost.
I have the 071D and it had been working fine since I got it in around April of this year. Suddenly this week it didn’t want to sync. I followed all the instructions here on this webpage, and it didn’t work. Force quit app, power off phone, deleted and reinstalled app. I fiddled with it for over an hour and finally it was working again. This morning I took a reading again and it synced fine with the app, but this afternoon I did again, and suddenly again it didn’t want to sync. It takes the readings fine, and they’re recorded in the device, but when I push the button up on the left side of the device (to initiate Bluetooth), the little blue light doesn’t go on, and the app says that it can’t find the device. So frustrating. Oh, and I changed the batteries, too, but that hasn’t helped.
I have a Keto-Mojo GK+. I press the white button to wake the GK+ and press sync on my iphone 13pro 15.0.2. It reads my latest readings (for example ~5S … down to ~0s) then hangs on ~0s for a few seconds until the device times out. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and I have the same problem.
