I’ve changed my batteries, but still shows E11. I’m not sure what’s going on. Please advise.
I just bought my keto mojo a couple weeks ago. I am getting an E3 error however my strips are keto mojo brand and they are not expired.
My Keto-Mojo is showing E4 error message despite using the correct test strip and control solution. Is it possible that there’s a problem with the device?
I am receiving an E3 error and I am using Keto-Mojo test strips. There are no troubleshooting options

I am a member of Virta Health for over two years and they provided me with your meter. I’m getting the E11 error message for the second time. I had changed the batteries and all was well until about a week ago. It’s working fine for the glucose reading but I’ve started getting the E11 error message ONLY for the ketone. I have removed the ketone strip and replace it with another glucose strip and works fine. The battery symbol displayed on the meter shows full. Help please. 😥

I have a keto mojo, which I haven’t used in a while. But wanted to get back on track. I used a total of five glucose strips and each one came back with an EU error. I changed the batteries and still kept getting the same error. Any ideas on what I can do?

My test kit is brand new purchased from Amazon. I tried twice with both keto and glucose strips and all 4 times the code E 3 appeared. The strips are dated 10/17/23 and I am sure I did the test correctly. If I can’t get it to read correctly, I am going to send it back. Any suggestions?

Merhaba, her strip (keton veya glikoz) yerleştirdiğimde Hata 2 mesajı alıyorum. Şeritler yeni. Hata mesajını birkaç saniyeliğine yanıp sönüyor, sonra kayboluyor. Hata mesajı kaybolduğunda, şeritle gayet iyi test edebilirim.
Ayrıca birçok tutarsız glikoz okuması fark ediyorum. Her test yaptığımda 3 şeritle test etmem gerekiyor, çünkü bazen bir test diğerinden çok farklı olabilir. Örneğin, 72, 95, 95, aynı deri iğnesinden aldığım üç okumadır.

Keto mojo'm bana Err11 mesajı verdi. Pilleri değiştirdim. Hala aynı mesaj var. Önerildiği gibi saat veya tarih ayarlarını kontrol edemiyorum b/c hala sadece ERR11'i görebiliyorum.
E11 hata kodum yeni pillerle kaybolmuyor. İnternette jenerik pillerin kullanımıyla ilgili bir şey gördüm ama bu da yardımcı olmuyor. GK+ kullanılamaz ve sıfırlanmayacaktır. Bunun planlı bir eskime olup olmadığını merak etmeye başladım, ancak yalnızca orijinal pil setiyle devam etmesi biraz garip görünüyor.

Test şeridinin kan ucunu yanlışlıkla ölçüm cihazına yapıştırdım. Şimdi ölçüm cihazım E2'ye tüm test striplerimin kontamine olduğunu söylüyor. Tekrar kullanılabilir olması için sayacı nasıl temizlerim?
Piller değiştirildiğinde E11 kaybolmuyor. 3 farklı markayı denedim.
Pilleri değiştirdim. Ünitede ışık var ve bir glikoz veya keto şeridi yerleştirdiğimde hala E11 mesajını alıyorum. Ayrıca orijinal ünite ile gelmeyen yedek iğneler kesinlikle orijinaller kadar iyi çalışmaz. Üniteye de uymuyorlar ve bazen parmağımı deliyorum ve hiç kan gelmiyor.
Bulut bağlantı hatası alıyorum ve verilerimin hiçbirini senkronize edemiyorum.
Kan damlasını ekranımda gösteremiyorum, böylece test edebilirim
