We’ve crafted a variety of weekly keto meal plans from our recipe library to suit your lifestyle. Whether you’re into batch cooking or quick cooking, are vegetarian or dairy-free, or just want to keep costs down while keeping your ketones up, you can rely on these plans to help keep you satisfied and in ketosis. We want to help you take the guesswork out of ketosis, so each meal plan is designed to accommodate 1400-1,600 calories per day (we find this is about the average for people living keto) and 20 net carbs per day (a keto benchmark). You can adjust these plans to your optimal macros by adding or removing a snack or adjusting portion sizes.

Because every body reacts to foods differently, we encourage you to test your glucose and ketones before and after meals. Learn more about testing for bio-individuality here.

Macros

For an easy understanding of each day’s macros, you can view their numbers by individual recipe serving or as an accumulation of the entire day’s meals.

Leftovers

Our meal plans are designed to leverage leftovers, so you don’t have to cook three meals a day.

Double or triple the recipes if you’re cooking for your family, or freeze leftovers for fast future meals!

Shopping Lists
