Níveis mais altos de cetose de 3o a 5,0 mmol / L são desejáveis para fins terapêuticos.
Seus níveis de cetona mudarão ao longo do dia. Eles geralmente são mais baixos pela manhã e mais altos no final do dia, se estiverem em jejum de 2 a 3 horas. Jejum e exercícios prolongados também podem afetar seus níveis de cetona.
