I’ve changed my batteries, but still shows E11. I’m not sure what’s going on. Please advise.
I just bought my keto mojo a couple weeks ago. I am getting an E3 error however my strips are keto mojo brand and they are not expired.
My Keto-Mojo is showing E4 error message despite using the correct test strip and control solution. Is it possible that there’s a problem with the device?

I am a member of Virta Health for over two years and they provided me with your meter. I’m getting the E11 error message for the second time. I had changed the batteries and all was well until about a week ago. It’s working fine for the glucose reading but I’ve started getting the E11 error message ONLY for the ketone. I have removed the ketone strip and replace it with another glucose strip and works fine. The battery symbol displayed on the meter shows full. Help please. 😥

I have a keto mojo, which I haven’t used in a while. But wanted to get back on track. I used a total of five glucose strips and each one came back with an EU error. I changed the batteries and still kept getting the same error. Any ideas on what I can do?

My test kit is brand new purchased from Amazon. I tried twice with both keto and glucose strips and all 4 times the code E 3 appeared. The strips are dated 10/17/23 and I am sure I did the test correctly. If I can’t get it to read correctly, I am going to send it back. Any suggestions?

How do I DELETE (remove) a result?
Hi, I am getting an Error 2 message every time I put in a strip (ketone or glucose). The strips are new. It flashes the error message for a few seconds, then goes away. When the error message goes away, I can test with the strip just fine.
I am also noticing a lot of inconsistent glucose readings. I have to test with 3 strips each time I test, because sometimes one test will be very different from the other 2. For example, 72, 95, 95 are three readings I get from the same skin prick.

Eu tenho meu novo modelo de dispositivo há cerca de um ano e não tive problemas para trocar as baterias no passado. Porém, após uma semana de tentativas, não consigo fazer o código E11 desaparecer.

Meu ceto mojo me deu a mensagem Err11. Eu troquei as baterias. Ainda tenho a mesma mensagem. Não consigo verificar as configurações de hora ou data conforme recomendado b / c ainda consigo ver apenas ERR11.
Meu código de erro E11 não desaparece com baterias novas. Eu vi algo online sobre o uso de baterias genéricas, mas isso também não ajuda. O GK + está inutilizável e não reinicializa. Estou começando a me perguntar se isso é obsolescência planejada, mas durar apenas até o conjunto original de baterias parece um pouco estranho.

Estou recebendo um código E2 que não desaparece. Meu dispositivo é newts é o primeiro dia que usei.
Meu medidor tem o código E-2 e eu tentei diferentes tiras e até mesmo a tira de controle e todas apresentaram o erro E-2.
Não consigo fazer com que a tela mude de um m piscante. Parece ir através da memória de testes anteriores, mas não consigo limpar para testar atualmente.
Meu keto mojo gk + não liga. A tela piscou 24 horas uma vez. O que isto significa? Troquei as baterias há duas semanas. Obrigado.

Continuo recebendo mensagens de erro do E3 quando insiro uma nova tira de teste - gluc ou ket. O que devo fazer?

Eu acidentalmente coloquei a ponta de sangue da tira-teste no medidor. Agora meu medidor me diz E2, que todas as minhas tiras de teste estão contaminadas. Como faço para limpar o medidor para que seja utilizável novamente?
E11 não desaparece quando as baterias são trocadas. Experimentei 3 marcas diferentes.
Troquei as baterias. A unidade está iluminada e quando insiro uma tira de glicose ou ceto, ainda recebo a mensagem E11. Além disso, as agulhas de substituição que não vieram com a unidade original definitivamente não funcionam tão bem quanto as originais. Eles não se encaixam bem na unidade e às vezes eu pico meu dedo e não sai sangue nenhum.
Recebo um erro de conexão à nuvem e não consigo sincronizar nenhum dos meus dados.
