I replaced the batteries with fresh new ones and I am still getting the E-11 code. No information on what might be causing that.
I am unable to reset the date on my KETO MOJO GK+. It will only allow me to adjust the time in AM/PM and not use the 24h clock. It will allow me to set testing times and hypo/ketone warnings. The instructions don’t work for resetting the date or switching from AM/PM to the 24 hour clock.

I am trying to find out how to remove all the readings from my account, so I can start fresh with new baselines.
I’ve cleared the readings from my device, even deleted and redownloaded the App, but every time I do a sync, all my OLD readings are downloaded. How do I prevent this? By the way, I have the GK+ version of the device.

Since then, my readings download from my meter to my phone and then the downloading readings window stays up until the meter times out at 2 minutes. Then the app says 2 readings downloaded and all is well. It just seams like the app used to take 15-30 seconds to finish sync. Now it doesn’t finish the sync until the meter times out at 2 min.
