Om kontrollløsningen
- Bruk bare Keto-Mojo Glukose / ketonkontrollløsninger (normal eller høy)
- Alle utløpsdatoer skrives ut i årsmåned-format. For eksempel refererer 2021-01 til januar 2021.
- Ikke bruk kontrollløsning som er forbi utløpsdatoen eller kasseringsdatoen (kontrollløsningen utløper 6 måneder etter at flasken er åpnet for første gang).
- Rist flasken godt før bruk.
- Lukk flasken tett etter bruk.
Utføre en kontrollløsningstest
- Fjern en teststrimmel fra folieposen. Merk: Kontroller utløpsdatoen for teststrimlene som finnes på baksiden av folieposen. Ikke bruk den utløpte teststrimmelen.
- Sett en teststrimmel i måleren.
- Måleren slås på etter et pip. Et bilde av en teststrimmel med en blinkende bloddråpe vises slik at du vet at måleren er klar til å teste.
- Rist kontrolloppløsningsflasken grundig. Klem forsiktig flasken med kontrolloppløsningen og kast den første dråpen. Klem ut en annen liten dråpe på en ren ikke-absorberende overflate.
- Merk: Ikke bruk kontrolløsning på teststrimmelen direkte fra flasken
- Rør straks spissen av teststrimmelen til dråpen kontrollløsning. Kontrollløsningen trekkes inn i teststrimmelen.
- Merk: Hvis kontrolloppløsningsprøven ikke fyller vinduet, ikke legg til en ny dråpe. Kast teststrimmelen og begynn på nytt med en ny teststrimmel.
- Hold den i slippet til måleren piper, og du ser at måleren begynner å telle ned på skjermen, hvoretter kontrolltestresultatene dine vises.
