Ingredients List
- 2 cups 2 oz baby spinach, lightly packed
- flesh of 1 avocado, chopped
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
- 4½ tsp granular erythritol-based sweetener (like Swerve)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend on high until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
