Drinking Wine with Food Lowers Risk of Type 2 Diabetes

Keto WineDrinking κρασί with food was associated with lower risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes according to a new study. The lower Type 2 Diabetes risk occurred only when people drank alcohol with meals, not when alcohol was consumed alone. Further only moderate amounts of alcohol had a positive impact on the development of Type 2 Diabetes – up to one glass of wine daily for women and up to 2 glasses daily for men.
